i got lots of facial hair early, and shave every other day, i use multiple face creams for my face and had bad acne a while ago, nothing would cure it, but after i started taking these pills it all went away.

otherwise i put some leave in conditioner in my hair, take long showers, use nice cologne, wear nice clothes from nice shops, etc etc etc.
