Yep.. its common courtesy to stamp things as NSFW (Not Safe For Work).
However Mark, I doubt any reasonable employer would fire you on the spot for that. The Internet is a broadcast medium, so you have no control over the content the web server will send to your web browser. Going to obvious porn sites however would be different, but one can reasonably assume that TA's content is fine for viewing at work, unless otherwise specified.
