Yeah it's a bit hard. My tactic was doing nice at Chelski, then started a new savegame at german side Gladbach and we were struggling. After another crash with the Gladbach savegame  (when i had just build a tactic that seemed to be decent again) I abandoned it and now moving forward to a save with Twente. With a downloaded tactic, can't be arsed to keep losing 
+1 on what Ian and Gtr said, the teams are always either on a good run or a bad run, and it's linked to morale. A bit overdone..
