Always remember you have friends to talk to, and that you'll have good days and bad days. Keep busy, and do positive things like exercising. Remember why you're not together when you're lonely, as it will be hard to not call! A temporary separation is best, as feelings always come up when you talk/see someone you've been close to.
Hope you're feeling better! |
If all else fails turn to Drugs and Alcohol....it worked wonders for me.

with all those emotions overcoming you after a break-up??
This weekend marked an end of a relationship I have been in for quite a long time with someone I care about deeply.. but yet we've decided that there is no future.
At this point, I can't remember the last time I was this miserable.. maybe you can offer some tips for getting over this rough time..

My only piece of advice is, if you see something that made you both happy, remember it as only that, something that brought joy to your life, knowing that he was a part of your life for so long, can only make you truely appriciate him, not sadness for he is no longer there, God truely wants us to meet everyone we do for a reason, maybe that reason isn't clear yet, but it will be. Have strength .

I've got such a good story for you...
So yesterday I get this e-mail from my ex (ex of 3+ years) with an up date of his life and pictures of him and his new girlfriend..
It's so awesome to see him smile and be incredibly happy and his new g/f is absolutely gorgeous!
It took me YEARS to get over him, but what I've realized is, we're two totally different people and want very different things out of life. He taught me so much and I'll never forget him. I have memories and that's really all I need.
