OK, it is understandable that the bathroom locks are not available for drug reasons. That I understand, however, there ARE locks that can be VERY easily unlocked from both the inside and the outside of the stall. Why can't these be installed?
Seriously, isn't there a law about that? The right to have privacy while you urinate, or change your tampon!??! JEEZ! It doesn't cost a lot to install locks in bathrooms, and I am sure MANY women would greatly appreciate it.
And to be honest, I think it would save a lot of cleaning time, and money on toilet paper (for those women who line the toilet seat cover with five inches of it,) to invest in some toilet seat covers. Perhaps less piss will land on the floor and onto the bottom of our pants!
