I'm probably going to forget a bunch...
Actually, truck it. I'll just name the other genres I like.
Rock/punk (except that early emo split-off from punk)
jazz (all forms except smooth jazz)
Blues
Ambient
Symphonic (more commonly known as "classical" - although "classical" only refers to one specific era within the symphonic music period)
Orchestral
Reggae/dub/dancehall/etc...
Tribal/world - pretty generic term here, but I think you can understand what I mean.
Gospel
A cappella
And before I argue as to why hip-hop IS edm, someone show me why it ISN'T edm. I'm curious as to hear what the defense behind that statement is.

Only one, and there are electronic elements in his tracks too I think: Hans Zimmer. I do seriously not like hardly any other non-EDM artists.

Symphonic just refers to orchestral music, but the term 'Classical' covers solo/chamber e.t.c., including use of sonata form as a structure for a symphony.
You're right though, 'Classical' is often sweepingly referred to across non-popular music (yes, I too am guilty of this). The real 'Classical era' only ran from around 1750-1850. I distinguish between 'Classical music' as the former definition when I'm talking to people who are unlikely to know these details, and 'Classical era' when I want to be more precise if that makes sense...

I like listening to some classical sometimes, especially the opera.
Mozart of course, "Der Saübe Flute" is pure beauty. Puccini (Tosca) and Rossini are cool too.
Arvo Pärt's work is excellent too. He's an estonian composer, creating minimal classic (called serialism).
I love jazz too, except this kind of freestyle jazz, totally crap imo.
But I like over all to listen to an excellent EDM track...
