That makes no sense whatsoever. Constructive criticism is a well written, detailed and maturely put explanation of your view of a track. Whether you think the track is shit or good has no relevance, it's the way you put it that does.
Think about it a little bit more and it will make more sense.
The keyword in your response is 'mature', a word more people should associate with.

that still doesnt change the fact that u said u cant say anything negative about a track or album...

Is your point that people should put more effort into their criticism or that you shouldn't say anything when you have no positive views to add? Make up your mind.

Sure you could, but that is not what's happening here.

My point is that people should take more time to point out the negative AND positive. If all you can find is negative, then why even waste time writing anything about it. I personally don't see the point in that unless you enjoy being a pessimist.

i disagree on that, sorry. Sure it doesnt happen here all the time but i know already what members here give their critism and negative feelings in a mature way and i just tend to ignore the others (the ones like: 'omg sux'). You should do the same.

There are plenty of reasons to do so even though your view is completetely negative. One is to warn other producers not to do the same mistakes, another is to point out that the artist has/can do much better, another is to make people aware of the fact that the production is a total cashgrab etc. etc.
The actual view presented has no relevance to the validity of the criticism itself. It's the way it is presented that does.

Way to go guys...
Once again another thread ruined by petty drama.
Why do you people feel so compelled to pass judgment on a track simply because of the label that it's signed to? Are you guys that close minded? You don't like the track? That's fine...no big deal. Not everyone will like it and it certainly isn't the end of the world if some hater doesn't like their track. Terry and Pascal are great producers and welcome feedback whether it is positive or negative. I'm sure that they both can be mature about the feedback that they receive...unlike some of you.
I was present during Terry's share of the production of Another Situation and I can assure you that any claim of it being copied from any other track is just plain ludicrous. Any statement that the track is just a cashgrab is just you talking out of your ass. Did it ever occur to you that Terry produces because he enjoys producing? Of course not...it's always about the money for some of you. Educate yourself before making slanderous statements.

It's obvious that this comment is directed towards me. I'm pretty certain I didn't say that it copied In Silence. The track has some Katana-esque sounds and the build was reminiscient. What's the point of twisting my comment into some sort of dig?

If I would have seen that it was you I would have been more direct by quoting you. By the time I got to the end of the thread I didn't recall who said what and you know I don't sugarcoat things anymore than you do. You did say "after hearing this i'm getting the impression that they were trying too hard to mimic randy katana's txitxarro mix of In Silence". Yes, maybe "copy" was a poor choice of words on my part, but please Terry wasn't trying to mimic anyone.
