i see it as a positive thing. a great incentive to find an alternate means of fuel and also a increase in mass transit services and the development of cities. tampa for example, is spread out far and wide. if i want to go to the grocery store, i have to drive, i have to drive to school, i have to drive to the mall, i have to drive everywhere i want to go. in berlin, u can get anywhere you want by great bus service, by bicycle, or simply walking. thats the way it should be. |
Yes, you pretty much described the entire USA not just Tampa. And I have no clue why they (now we) are making so much fuss about it (when its the richest nation).
