I just bought a imate jam from www.impactwireless.ca. Great guy Chris, he's the guy that did my order, hooked me up pretty good.
Not sure if you're into that sorta thing, but it's the smallest PDA/Phone out there, integrates several devices for me. Since it can play mp3s, videos, as well as sync with Outlook for contacts, calendar, etc, it's been a real timesaver in moving all my phone numbers over, as well as having a backup. The PDA is a full pocketpc version, and it's smaller than an iPod. I got the WiFi card, so I can get internet through a regular wireless connection, or pay an arm and a leg through Rogers' data plans. It can render almost any web page, since it's got almost a full IE browser. (I think activeX isn't enabled)
Subway rides are great, as I can either listen to music or watch a downloaded vid, all from one compact device. I was really looking for something so that I wouldn't have to carry around a pda, and a phone, and a music player, etc, etc. It's a little bit more than your current price range, but I thought it was worth it. 1GB SD cards are cheap now, and 2 GB have just been released, and 4 GB are on the horizon, so it's not too bad to get a lot of storage for the device, if you're one of those ppl that like to carry around a lot of music with them.
The only downside to this phone is that it doesn't have that typical designed sexiness you can get from some phones, and it is a little bulky to bring to a club. Since I'm GSM and sim carded, I'm honestly seriously considering getting a backup/secondary phone to bring with me when I go out to clubs and what not. Something smaller and less expensive....
The k750i and the w800 are pretty much the same internals, and take the best photos of all camera phones, imho, and are great buys. The quality of the photos is good enough that you might never need to worry about taking a camera with you as well, but only if a lack of optical zoom doesn't bother you. Personally, from a design standpoint, the RAZR is a great phone, but functionally it's a little lacking considering the comparables in the same price range.
If you're a real cameraphone person, you'd be interested in the samsung 3,5, and 7 megapixel phones, but sadly they aren't compatible with our networks here, but it's nice to know that full featured camera phones are out there and will eventually make it our way.
