From what I've noticed, the spacial awareness is definantly lacking in the female species, so many excels covered with 'dings' in the rear bar, front quarter, etc. I have never seen a male driver accidently back into a pole, I've seen 4 female drivers do it.
Take my sister for example, its so painful having to drive with her, gets very easily confused and flustered when something slightly out of the ordinary happens, mainly in inner suburbs traffic. Saying that women take in more of their surroundings does seem to make sence now that I think about it, but from what I see, its either detrimental in confusing them, or just totally irrelevant ("that hot guy in the car that just went past")
And, she has no less than 9 impact points on her car.. one of them was a parking meter... how on god's earth do you hit a parking meter ??!?!?! they are stationary, a good 2 feet back from the curb, and you arn't anywhere near them doing more than 2km/h.
And I dont' know what it is, but asian drivers are definantly much much worse, especially the old females. I used to work in a shopping center carpark, and there's some dodgy park jobs done, one women had to back in and out no less than 8 times to park her car, she had a good meter and a half infront and behind before she stopped and changed direction again, christ I felt like yelling at her and parking it myself.
