It's pretty self-explanatory, isn't it?
The tracks you mentioned do not define trance in any way. In fact, I think the whole concept of this thread is silly as there's no way to define anything by just dropping names.

There will always be arguments about this.
The trance that you guys seem to like (or only like it to look cool around here? (and I'm talking about the darker 90s stuff you clutch on)), isn't really so popular you see.
Instead we have a lot of people who like songs like the ones which DOOMBOT named. Ishkur might have been right here when he said Ferry Corsten (or Jam & Spoon or Robert Miles - doesn't even matter anymore) killed YOUR sort of trance.
The trance that the rest of us like is still very much going strong,
and people like to discuss it, ie. ASOT. Now if you wouldn't jump in threads saying it's watered down bastardized shit - the same as no one jumps in 'your threads', and instead show some respect for people's tastes, TA would be far more friendly place to hang around.
Oh great, here comes the cavalry. It's lovely to see how you draw assumptions on what I listen to based on 1 comment on these boards.

They are beautiful trance tracks, especially when dropped in a club. End of discussion. Im movin out of this thread since some people dont know how to contribute their songs and keep going.

Gah.
It has nothing to do with whether I like the tracks you mentioned or not - the tunes you mentioned only cover a very thin spectrum of trance.
As I said earlier, the whole name dropping aspect is quite pointless as everyone has their own definitions anyway.
