LOL!! I was lifted again by random ppl I love it!! Well I just walked in the door, fuckin terrific night, it was one of the biggest TA turnouts Ive seen. It was great as always to see everyone. Edgar's opening made me start dancing from the instant I walked in and didnt stop all night. Once Armin went on I started to make a TL on my phone, but after track 5 I couldnt push the buttons too well, haha. Natalia told me ppl were tracklisting so I just stopped. The ones I got are:

and I always remember more later. Amazing set by him, and I was so damn excited to finally be seeing him live and for more than 45 min like I did at WMC!! I know Space will bring him back again. Matt, I wish you could have made it Recover soon. Rach, thank you for your kind words. <3 Amber and Terry, roads trips are always such a blast, thank you and I luv you guys!! I got some great pics, and a couple vids. I will post soon. I may see some of you next weekend in Orlando, then the week after for Sander!!!

Armin was great!! Towards the end, "open your eyes" gave me goosebumps. had never heard that in a club...

NOW i understand Edgar V's MO: he just leaves the BEST for LAST, when i saw him in Tampa i was expecting his Afterhours style and all i got his "ok" opener set, i thought he had lost it but now i'm a believer...

Where can i download some of his sets? nocturnal sessions maybe...

Well as for my review. Edgar V did a very good job opening for Armin. He was spinning some house which I really like hearing from him since it had that trancey edge to it, but not really progressive. When he spun Thomas Schumacher - Heat It Up, I just lost it.

Armin impressed me since he spun a lot of way harder then I expected him to. I was expecting to hear some boring fluffy prog trance but he definately kept it to a minimum, and when he did play it, he played it appropiately. My top songs of the night were; New Order - Confusion and when he closed with Nalin & Kane - Open Your Eyes. He also spun Greece 2000, but it wasnt the progressive version. All in all it was a good night with a great vibe and a great fun crowd.

Great night all; this was my first TA experience, and although AVB spun a little harder than I would have liked (I like the more refined feel) it was great. Not a big fan of Edgar's opening set, although towards the end I was buying more into it. Just goes to show you how the music can grow on you.
