Now I'm a Senior Business Analyst/Sales Operations Manager @ a Fortune 500 Publishing Company. thanks for the advice. this is my first time having my own little cuticle and computer. its not much, but its my first kind of area that is my own personal space. my training is over for the day, so im just exploring the network theyve got here.

nobody here has a radio on there desk and the place is as quiet as a library. i cant find any outlet for headphones on the computer, and i dont know what im going to do to keep from going insane from all the quiet and muffled voices.

Are radios not allowed then? You should find out and if they are allowed, bring one in. Maybe use headphones for it, though.
