It's hard pointing out ONE set that stands out in case of mr Zabiela. ALL the sets does imo, he's creates an awesome mood in his sets which so far as I have been present always worked to get the floor hopping. Of course the last hour of the 2004 essential mix is share bliss, something thats common in all his sets.

mixing != beatmatching
2 tracks could be perfectly beatmatched and the transition could still sound really fucked up....i.e using abelton requires mixing skills too

I really need to see this guy.
Besides the fact that he's an excellent mixer, his unique track selection always makes listening to his music worthwhile. It seems like his selection of music is never overplayed.

James Zabiela - Live at Marconi Studios (Studio Brussel) 25-06-2004 has alot of it...
he dosent over do it in most of his recorded sets so....if you were to see him live then thats different..
