um does anyone else see that maybe if it really was that hard to be a model then maybe it should take more than a 4 week crash course? Think of (in no particular order) athletes, doctors, lawyers, landscapers, circus acts.... I mean there are 1000's of other jobs out there that are harder than modeling.
no is watching the damn show because they want to see if the girls 'are made of the right stuff' to get through the strenuous life of being a model, they are watching it to see who's a bloody princess with no work ethic and watch thier potentially hot ass wear skimpy clothes.
ps if you're trying out for this show you're a dumb ass if you haven't taken the 4 hours needed to learn how to walk in high heels before showing up. That's like showing up on the ultimate fighter not knowing how to throw a punch, you're asking for an ass kicking! |
yeah im am pretty sick of Tyra's crap about the industry. It is hard and sure their is lots of critism, and yes celebs are taking over mag covers, but stfu. your bitching wont change that, its just the way things are progressing ,as sad as it may be.
not to mention the whole show as a whole is a farce since most of th epast winners have gone NOWHERE.! and I agree about the whole high heel thing. its like they saw the casting for the show and decided to sign up. ghey.
if you are a good model and going somewhere someone most likely wouldve spotted you out years ago and have paid you to do stuff. (although there are exceptions).
a girl I and my g/f went to h/s with is a very known and top model these days. its cool to see her success(sp) grow!
she sure as hell didnt become famous through a tv show.
