can anybody describe it in english?? about how it is.. about Radio 538,ID&T and Trance energy??

basically, ID&T gets sued by Radio538 because they had a pact in 1999 on cooperation on Trance Energy. This year ID&T is organizing TE without 538, but with Slam!FM (formal known as ID&T radio) > ID&T is breaking the pact. The pact said that if either Radio538 or ID&T didn't wanna continuing TE, the whole concept of TE would quit.

Sofar all the Trance Energy parties have been a collaboration between Radio538, ID&T and TMF. TMF pulled out of the collaboration earlier, and Radio538 was never asked to support this year's TE. ID&T decided that Slam!FM (partially owned by ID&T) got the broadcasting rights, in favor of Radio538. Now Radio538 is pissed off that they aren't there, so they want to force the collaboration again by sueing ID&T.
