Why not? It would make it easier to concentrate if anything.
Maybe you're thinking of the hardcore tweakers who are shaking all over and can't control their motor responses, but in smaller doses it's just like a lot of coffee without the nervous/digestive side effects.
Anyway, the point is, I don't think it's particularly impressive to DJ for 100 hours if drugs are involved. Legal stimulants, fine - if he wants to pop a few caffeine pills, ephedrine, etc., go for it - but meth/coke/ecstasy/etc. are all cheating.
