Hmm. What bothers me the most about this "battle."

Is that while evolution is a theory based on science and facts. Creationists believe what they believe out of faith.

So like, it's not like science ever wanted to, or DID attack religious beliefs. It's kind of a one sided argument. All the protest coming from the side of the creationists who think their beliefs are being questions. While evolutionary theory simply just trudges along gaining more facts and ways of proving certain things.



I guess what I'm try to say is. We just don't care. Believe what you want to believe in how we came to be on the earth, but do NOT try to scientifically prove faith. Because by doing so you'd be hypocrits. Faith isn't based on science at all.

I believe in God, but not scientifically. It's out of faith.

i was watching a program today about the shroud that has the jesus imprint on it and they did carbon dating on that and it resulted that the shroud was from the 1200-1400s. which made sense b/c it appeared to the world in europe at that time. but yet know one has any idea, if it were made, how it could be made. they tested it for painting and all other forms and still no explanation how it was made.

then there is a story or something that this shroud was in a fire and it got wet around that time, which then they said that could have an effect on the carbon dating process, b/c it was a fabric or something like that. there was then a study on it and they found plant life on this shroud that was only from the jerusalem area. did anyone see this show? anyway it was interesting.
