I read an interview with moor about his productions, and he never uses the same sounds in his tracks. He has never ever used the same drum sound even (apart from a kick)!! So your claims are rubbish. Sure he has his own style..but thats the sign of a good producer, and that style is harder to make than the harder trance style. His interview says he used to program synths and uses lots of different synths and programs them as he doesnt want to use sounds that are presets and anybody can use. Listen to his tracks next time...and give me a sample of where some people say he 'uses the same sounds' ...in fact he uses similar sounds to create a vibe, an atmosphere that is typical of his sound..a sound that he has helped to create...which leads me onto......
TWDK A track that helped to kick start this kind of sound, along with some leama and moor tracks and andy moor solo tracks. Go onto his website, listen to 'control me', listen to 'distance between us'... so these sound the same as any of the others? its just because you have only heard his other tracks on ASOT or something like that, he is behind many genres of music. The world doesnt know made way for lots of similar sounding tracks which were influenced by andys style. Whether you like it or not its fine.
Anyway it was one of my favourite tracks of a few years ago, and it made way for what some of you call 'twinkly' trance..but i call 'educated' trance as people who are in a club and dont like hard pounding beats can also dance to this. And yes you are right, i can hear the vocal samples you are talking about..sounds like people talking in the background...again it gives the track depth, special little touches that are always contained in their productions.
