It's great. There's plenty of juices in it to eat it with mashed potatoes, and stuff.

It sounds like it would be good with pretty much any side I can imagine - definitely looks like a versatile way to cook chops, and I like that you cook them in the tomatoes as long as you do.

Anytime I've ever done chops before I've always just kind of chicken fried them, which is good - but gets old.

grill some bbq chicken and shred it with a fork. toast some kaiser rolls...take the shredded bbq chicken and put it on the kaiser rolls and top it with my blue cheese mayo recipe and tomato slices.

crumbled blue cheese
mayo
worstershire sauce
garlic
mash it all up so it's a paste and smear on the bun and eat.

oh and add a splash of oj to the chicken and bbq sauce.

i made that up. i rock in the kitchen.

My favourite meal has gotta be Jambalaya, yet I went to America and had one and, well, mine was better, so I don't know whether "normal" Jambalayas are supposed to be like that, or whether I'm some kind of culinary genius, but anyway...

2 Chicken breasts (cubed)
Onion, Celery, Green bell pepper (all chopped)
Chorizo sausage sliced (this might be the key as this type of sausage isn't normally used in American recipes!)
Tin chopped tomatoes
900ml chicken stock
Cajun seasoning
Bout 1 - 1.5 cups rice

Fry chicken cubes with cajun seasoning for 5 mins
Add veg and Chorizo plus extra seasoning for 5 mins
Add tomatoes, rice and stock and simmer until the rice has cooked (bout 20 ish mins)

Where did you eat Jambalaya in the US?
