That's exactly what I do. Those few hours I spend a week lost in the music feeling the beats coursing through my veins is what's keeping me sane. Stick with your commitments/responsibilities Lindsay. Even if you don't succeed you'll know that you gave it your best shot rather than feeling like a total loser if you just left it all and ran away. A little break once in a while doesn't hurt though. And by break I mean get away from the city... no work… no clubs... a whole lotta nothing just to clear your mind.

I second that - put your all in and at least you'll know you tried your hardest. It's better to know that than to always wonder "what if?".

And, yes Ben, dancing is some of the best stress relief there is - that moment in the music where you just blend....ya, I hear you loud and clear there sir. Beats are a sane way of life and one I'm glad I stumbled upon.

Thanks all... I mostly just needed to vent and it felt alot better to get it all out... Nice to hear that others can relate...

Funny thing about dancing and taking a break is that the mess is left fo you when you come back... Just need to deal with it all and get over it. Vacation would be nice though...

I feel great today... Fridays just tend to suck... Mondays are great!!! lmao... srsly...

i used to feel this way a lot .. then recent changes in my life have me feeling this about half as much now.. hopefully in a couple of years it'll be gone altogther. it's all about setting goals in ur life and sticking with them because if you really wanna get somewhere u'll get there.

i too have thought about setting up shop on a beach .. ideally i'd like to sell fruits
