How do you figure that?? I had no problems cueing up the first time I ever used the CDJ200s. you pause it at the first beat, pull or push it back a bit, and press cue.. DONE and DONE.

Vinyl mode is def. nice for cueing, you can "ride" over a beat just like, well, vinyl.
I hate stutter mode.

yeah it does, it makes it SO much easier. i have a cdj800 and a cdj100, and cueing on the cdj800 is a dream compared to the 100.

the 100 is in the process of being replaced by another 800 as we speak.

Seriously, how is cueing up a track in stutter mode remotely difficult? Even the most retarded of DJs could do it in a second. The CDJ200's even compensate for people who cant set their cue points properly but placing it slightly before the beat so you actually get it before the attack of the kick.

Sorry, the 800's pitch resolution just turns me off and the scratch mode is essentially useless if you mix trance. Sure it looks sexy if thats what important to you, but the 200's get my vote.

When i started out and didnt have a clue. Stutter cue was easier because you can hear exactly where you are but after using vinyl i instantly prefered scratch cue. Right now... who cares. If you have problems lining up the first beat of a song you got bigger things to worry about then what mode your in!

what you say is true

however i managed to get used CDJ800s for less than new CDJ200s, and the vinyl mode does make it easier for brand new n00b DJs - like me!!
