My god you're thick. You're just arguing for the sake of arguing.

So what? That's not what you're saying. Your definition is half right, and it coincides with what I'm saying. But your definition of cheese is music which is fake and forced. That's a symptom of bad cheese yes, but that isn't the total definition of the term. The core of your post: the definition of cheese which you give, is wrong, and just because you've described something that people don't take seriously, doesn't mean that you've given a proper definition.

It's like defining what a tree is, but only describing pine trees. I come along and give a full definition of what a tree is, and you're saying "my definition agrees with that". Sure it fucking does, but you're saying that trees can only be pines, which is bullshit and doesn't agree with my definition properly.

This is your definition:

"Now, cheese is defined as music that is fake, canned, and forced. It is trying to be something it's not. It is pretending it is deep and sophisticated, emotional stuff, but in truth it is shallow trite, just going through the motions, playing out the same simple, tired cliches."

That partially agrees with me, but as a definitive guide to the term, it's a load of bollocks. More importantly it isn't actually defining cheese, it's just describing the characteristics of a certain kind of cheese. And so it is a crock of utter shit.

And repeating what I've said back at me in an authoritative tone won't convince anyone that you said that initially, because you didn't.

EDIT: The greater part of your post I agree with, as it's true. But the bit I (twice) quoted is wrong, so I'd look to amend it before I next Crtl+C'd it as an informative source.

My roommate bought a huge block of Tillimock Special Reserve Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese

and I made the most chronic toasted sandwhich out of it.

Metaphor. Cheeze makes good sandwhiches, but only when you have ham, and letuce and mustard and mayonaise, some salt and pepper, to go along with it.

i persoanlly think chesse is ok (once in a while in some moods)
it's just a part of varities for people too choose to listen...
we all are EDM lover but in the mean time, there's a lot non-EDM listener which i think chessy stuffs is the first step to for some to get into the real scene..

i used to listen to those scooter back in '96 as a beginner and finally i moved myself into trance & techno scene in 97 & 98 and been hooked ever since..

so just chill out guys, u don't like cheese, so just don't bother to buy or listen to them.. some others outthere might like it, isn't it?

i enjoyed reading the cheese definition argument.
while i generally align with both views, i just want to add one thing.
any song that has faggy chick vocals i'll categorize as cheeze.
