From what i read last year, Rogers and Bell have joined forces to bring Nation Wide WiFi to Canada. It will be the same network, that they both operate from, but you just buy time or service from a particular company.
I wonder how this will play into it all.
It will also be interesting to see how the fidelity is actually maintained downtown. With that much steel, and concrete, getting the signals to penetrate reliably will be difficult.
Also elevation will play a roll. If the routers are installed at street level, how far up a building will they reach?
