I dunno, but I would assume arcadia still not knowing how to use the quotes is a sign of supreme stupidity or its being done on purpose as its a 2nd account. But i dunno.

In the thread that was closed, Neo admitted that "its probably an alt" but the IP is unique, so he doesnt know and he cant ban him (even though he wants to).
Im happy thinking he is an alt even though he is not an alt. It's a bit like having a donut & calling it a waffle; And then when you eat the donut & you say "Mmmm nice waffle", even though it tastes like a donut!

i am thinking that maybe he is an alt, but he is using dial-up ?
because dial-up services offer dynamic ip's to their customers when they sign in , right ? i dont think they offer static addresses to dial up customers ?
