so go to court...get a legal aid lawyer and take the assholes to court.
until someone does, this will continue to happen.
you have witnesses who saw the he did nothing...who saw that the manager was hitting him as the bouncer pinned his arms and carried him out...who were refused water (despite that being illegal, AFAIK, for a licensed establishment), etc. etc. etc.
after a certain # of reports/complaints, they WILL have their license suspended and possibly revoked...the problem is that few people ever follow through in the legal system and so the cops write it off as some commonplace "bar fight" type of deal.
