You should consult a physician! LOL i keep forgetting to mention things...my doc DID prescribe it to me..lol...i have like a shit load of refills too.

He said it was cus i tend to be a hypochondriac and that caused the panic attacks...he told me to take them everyday vut i dont like the idea of doing that so i only take them when needed...i jus wanted to if know is Xanax was safe, like my doc told me.
