time for my review

enjoyed the opening track - ive been diggin animal magic for a while. the mix into the second track seemed a bit strange to me ... i mean it never wrecked or anything, but when listening it just didn't seem to flow really smoothly. might've mixed the paris track in longer into it so as to minimize the intro until you get into the big break of this song which i really love (just personal opinion). mix into crosses was really well done, and obviously i'm a fan of that track after crosses my interest waned a bit through the next two tracks - the mixing was solid, it's just that musically it didn't really grab me after the first three tracks. turkish delight really picked up this mix for me - definitely going to have to grab this track. also loved the anderson & chawla remix (some of their original productions are great as well), really great vibe going on at this point IMO. angello remix of magnolia was a track i was really loving early last year and kind of forgot about it, and when i heard it i got a smile on my face really great summery stuff. next track didn't do much for me tbh, but always have enjoyed warsaw. I noticed you were bringing in the breakbeat at intermittent points through the previous track .. didn't really make sense to me, kind of seemed like it was just 'there' without really adding. mixing stayed solid through into the end, and of course who can complain about scorchio.

overall it was pretty solid, mixing was consistent throughout save for the first mix which i wasn't really down with. track selection for the most part solid. keep it up

I listened to it once before when i first dl, but i think that was when i was sleepy or a long time ago cuz I didnt remember it without having to refresh my mind. But thats not because it was a bad set!

Anyway, overall this does not posses a summer-ish mix feel to me. Thats not to say that all the tracks are not summery, just overall. I guess just different views of summer style.

I listened to the first 1/2+ or so late last night before bed. Some track highlights for me... The third track, crosses, is excellent! I can't get enough of that. Love the style and vocals, way chill. Turkish Delight, has a great little melody/sound going with it, wish it went a bit further (varied). Not really your fault more of the tracks. Magnolia - It's All in Vain (Steve Angello Remix), I love that little gutar/piano type sound at the start, and then the vocals come in, fuckin mint. Vocals work well, though I could possibly see others not liking them. Overall, brilliant track! The mix into the next track is excellent Rock & Ash - Searching for Nena, fits perfectly almost, imo. Just the overall beat/sound of the two working together. Nice ending track, Sasha & Emerson - Scorchio, I love the overall melody thing they have going on. Just really groovy and smooth. Reminds me of the last track on involver in a sense, not the same sounding track, but it presents the same feel as an ending track.

I love the vocal tracks in this set, and how they are spread out, so they are not over used or over power the set. Some tracks made the set slow or were not as powerful, causing an interruption in the flow/vibe but it wasnt a huge issue. But overall the number of strong tracks outweighed the ones that were not as strong.

I always come away with at least 2 or more tracks for me to add to my collection. And they are mint trakcs. Your style/sound is not what I usually listen too even though I have a diverse taste in edm, so its great to listen to your sets now and then. Keep it up man, I look forward to hearing you in the future, and hope we stay in contact when you get famous!

Excellent mix. All tracks are superb. The only track that I didn't like was the Cattaneo track which is out of place at the set, IMO.

9/10 burning

man, some good tracks on there.

but i dont really feel your selection, and that goes for most of the mixes i've heard from you. in my opinion you got some really great tunes, but then some tunes just kill the vibe. that's just from a listeners stand point. might be diffrent from a dancers!! still with that being said, nice mix, and can't wait for your next one. and ya animal magic is a ill track!! keep an eye out for my summer mix as well!!
