LMFAO.. you guys are hilarious.. lets just say that the 1.5 hours of sleep I got at the hotel before I left was not enough. I stopped at a service centre just before I hit Toronto for an hour nap. The weather/driving conditions were complete shit pouring rain and fog that it was hurting my eyes to keep them open and concentrate any longer. After my short nap though I managed to make it home in no time and felt much better and going to bed VERY soon now!

I forgot in my review. Funniest part of the night aria_clubber sitting the whole friggin night This is Not Miami comes on and he is still sitting until the diva house music comes on at the end and he is dancing to George Michael

PS. I am officially going into semi-retirement until I am recovered from my last 2 weekends. I need a good month off now!

One of the (if not THE) best nights of my life...

I am just speechless. I think there's no need in explaining to whoever was there how unfuckingbelievable he was, and to whoever was not there... BIG mistake.

Met a lot of MTL TA's that i never really talked to on TA anyway, but it was very nice meeting you all and i can't wait for the next time that i will be visiting montreal...

It was so hard NOT dancing, every track was better than the previous (explains why this is not miami played like half an hour before the end)

anyhow, hope everyone had an awesome time,
Karina

All I can say is WOW, Sander K does not let you down!! I was expecting awesome and I got exceptional, and it's not after seeing any DJ that you can say that.

Got there around 4:30am after going out with some friends for my birthday, and so of course the stereobar/stereo guestlist didn't work anymore.. but the nice doorman gave us reduced tickets anyway! Thanks anyway jesteraver

Sean, a friend of mine and I danced our asses off until about 9:30am then hit the road.. Wish we could have had the energy to stay longer, one of the best nights of my life, and definitely an amazing birthday party Sad I missed This is not Miami though

Nice meeting you Piett and Erica, you guys sure danced up a storm jesteraver, I guess I was in my own little world cause I didn't think I saw you there. I think I'm losing it.

And depending on if you live at CFB Kingston your cost of living is probably very low as well, but even if you weren't cost of living in Kingston isn't that bad. Its only $30 which is cheaper than most nights at Stereo. Most of us on here who post about Stereo have put out probably hundreds and hundreds of dollars clubbing there just this year alone, and have never really complained for the most part. I know I sure as hell have.

Ears humming

quote:

Morales if you read this thread please do not banish me from Stereo.

Please replace your soundsystem that you have now. I am sorry Shorty fucked you over.

Shorty soundsystem, I walked out without my ears ringing. (no ear plugs)
The one you have now my right ear still rining. (no ear plugs)

I believe the reason your ears are humming today is because the volume went way up a little bit after Sander joined the DJ booth.

I might be mistaken, but I believe the Sound System has been "repaired" already.

I have to say this has been one of my top nights at Stereo. One thing I didn't enjoy was, due to the fact this is a big name there were tons of non-regulars at Stereo, the dance floor is meant to dance, not to stand in looking at the DJ as if he was god. The Dj does not want to see you staring at him, he want to see you dancing.

Those people had no choice but to move out of the dance floor later on.

Patius.

Man, I don't understand how anyone could have been standing around on that dancefloor without dancing

Anyone happen to know what the last track XL played was before Sander came on was?

you dont understand man...
the best part is they kept fucking with us and turning on the lights. You could see security around the floor like at closing time. Then bam..lights off and Sander keeps going. My legs hurt more than Bal En Blanc.

My only complaint are the guys that dont accept im straight as an answer.I am very tolerant towards other peoples lifestyles, but no means no.At one point in the night i felt like fucking punching this guy who kept following me everywhere. If you are reading this man, even if i was gay you are too fucking ugly.
