Life is like baseball , most of the time nothing happens but once in awhile you get in shit or receive some glory .

5/8 of the teams I picked to win, won. And two of those series were the exact outcomes (number of games) too. I had BUF beating PHI in 6 and SJ over NSH at 5. Pity Calgary couldn't rally in game 7. They fell behind and looked absolutely listless in the third. i had calgary winning that in 6 behind the wall that is kiprusoff, but their lack of scoring hurt them, especially since anaheim can play both calgary's rough and tuff style and a speedy finesse game.

I wouldn't mind seeing EDM, OTT or BUF win it. I know that's quite a few teams, but with my pathetic nucks gone its a tad tough to rally behind another canadian team pronto

It'll probably be the battle of California in the west. the oilers are two season's ago flames, but the sharks are on a mission. whoever wins ana vs col it'll happen in 6, it just depends if anaheim's spread out scoring can do more damage than colorado's secondary scoring.

Its a toss up between the talented Ottawa team and the speedy Sabres, while NJ is a shoe in to roll over carolina who struggled to find their form behind number 2 rookie goalie ward.

I didn't care too much about who won last night, but I laughed and laughed at the end.. game 7 at home... AND YOU CHOKE FLAMERS!!! Ouch! Oh yeah... what the hell was with the absolute silence during the game? Maybe CBC couldn't capture it, but when I turned it on and it was 0-0 and even 1-0... you could hear every pass, every skate, every fan having a sip of beer. Come on! And when it was 2-0 it was even worse!!! Did you not hear us when it was 2-0 Red Wings? So much for home ice advantage.

its funny lynch on power 97 radio said it was 1-0 after the first but unlike calgary fans im not going to get ahead of myself. but they won anyways!! haha

i can not for the life of me belive that I am cheering for the oilers

but when the other prospects are Carolina, Anaheim and Buffalo, I dont have much choice.
