i left work early today cause i think i have shin splints and i stood on a ladder for an hour staring out a window wondering what dirt was made of

That was the main topic of conversation with myself as I drove home from Kitchener at 2am this morning. After a sometimes heated discussion on the topic, I decided that I will be doing some tests later in the week on this matter, because there were many valid points brought up about a couple different ideas.
