Im doing up some burgers tonight...but this weekend I might do something nice. My buddy likes to cook too so we will bust out. Last time he was here we did swordfish,scallops a tri tip...good times

add a dash of porto and crushed red chili for kick ass burgers.

another good one is curry powder,cayenne,onion powder in your meat mix.

Grilling is the most relaxing thing on earth, esp with a cooler full of hootch

Already ahead of you...I almost always add crushed red to it...or Ill used dried chopped jalapenos. On the bun I smear thousandisland mixed with a few dashes of tobasco sause...and pepperjack cheese. yumm
