but for the first month or so repitions with the weights should be 15 reps or so.. do a full body split into 2 days routine 2 days break for every day with weights should do the trick.

I was with a guy once who was smaller than me in mass. Everytime we got intimate, I felt huge and barbaric compared to him. Did not like it...
