Last Belfast i attended had Oliver Lieb playing......what a night that was. But yeah, i'll be at this, really looking forward to it, and am also looking forward to hearing you play Mr Milson, really enjoyed your set at PVD earlier this year.
Oh, and hellraiser & midro really should be in the pharmacy room, not the main room

Had a ball, for the time I was there
Dean played a really impressive set (complete with an interesting display of the massive flower being pumped up)
Steve played great too
Abrahams and Honeysmack were awesome, and I think I'm too young to appreciate alot of what Richie played (fingers crossed I still look as baby faced as him at his age.)

But Vi its not a flower!! Its a sun!! LOL (stem cell research)
What a fun night... Great company, great music and even a visit from Wesley Snipes! oh! and weirdo stalkers from High School
Apart from Dean being attacked by the Hardware blow up thingy his set was cool. Loving 'Missing' by Everything but the Girl and 'Yeke Yeke' certainly got the ravers to the floor
Ran upstairs to catch Steve and had a bit of a slam dance! then caught the rest of Quinny's set which was awesome (even though I dont remember any tunes).
Honeysmack and Josh Abrahams were the highlight of the night for me. So much energy and some awesome samples including my favourite Public Enemy!!
Came back for Jeff Tylers morning set which started off using a Soul II Soul accapella that had me on the floor in seconds flat! "Steady are you ready?" His mixing was awesome and he even managed to get Richie Rich to do the robot and my new friends NEO.
S EX-PRESS!!! "I'VE GOT THE HOTS FOR YOU"
I think this is my longest post ever

Great review Charlee
Was such a great night - another classic Belfast indeed. Jeff's morning set was off the hook, a little different to what i've heard him play in the morning in the past, with less a trance feel and more of an 80's house / 90's detroit angle (i would have died and gone to Heaven if he had played 'Love Stimulation' around 7.45am as he's been known to do so it was probably a good thing ) Richie was solid as he always is at Belfast - no-one plays that main slot better than him imo.
I had a freakin' ball playing first up also. Got to dust off dust off many a Platipus classic (Blue, Cambodia, Calling Your Name & Madagasgar ) took me back to quite a few lazy sundays many moons ago when i was just learning to spin. Being up under the bright lights on the main stage at Metro reminded of that was pretty cool

Yeah, it was such a ridiculously fun night. Caught the very end of your set Millson, you've got some beautiful old skool tunes which I highly approve of
Heard so many great tracks that made me PUMP UP!! Can't remember what any of them were now though! Pretty sure I heard a mash up which included It's Tricky. Def heard The Only Way Is Up and Yeke Yeke and 'I Got The Power' (aw, that was a moment). I need a tracklist to bring my memory back... anyone??!
Know that Honeysmack / Abrahams were seriously awesome and fun and crazy and everything great about what I consider 'old skool' vibe (bit young, don't really know), and maybe Simon Coyle was even more awesome (cept I think he played classic Tech-no, and I def don't know my tech-no so I can't recall a single track he played). Richie was cool but he seemed to play really random, no flow. Maybe I'd built him up to much cos he'd such the rep at Belfast.
In summary... techno has been confirmed with driving prog as being much better than trance.

You know the really funny thing about that comment babe.. two of my old, old, old school elitist techno friends from way back have always hated trance yet came to the last couple of obsessions and loved it and now say the exact opposite to u; they're over most of the tech around and loving what trance is doing atm so i guess its more about something different to the same old rather then just the genre sucking as such.
I have been playing alot of tech lately getting ready for Andy Moor this saturday and as much as i have loved the stuff since i was about 15 it is definately something u enjoy sooo much more when its occasional imo.
Cant believe I completely forgot this was on!!

Its acid
I didnt see you anywhere Queen Vee but you must have been close by because I def heard Tricky and "The Power". I totally forgot that Yazz was even played until I was reminded yesterday by a friend.
Richie kind of lost me helf way through as he went a little too far back for this little black duck duck I didnt know a single tune for ages!
