My thinking is that there are already plenty of Indie labels out there, I'm on one, and I have a track for sale on beatport and Audiojelly. Anyone with good enough tracks can probably find a little Indie label to get on. If all someone is looking for is to get on the major online digital shops, the opportunity is already available. A TA label would be equivalent to an Indie label, so I don't really see the point, unless it is going to be something different and special, that benefits TA members. Otherwise, it will just be another Indie label on beatport and audiojelly.
