well shit dude we're gonna have to see what happens. aside from the distance from campus (which will be rough in the winter) it was a bomb house. whats our backup plan if we cant get that place?

um. i dunno, keep looking? somewhere closer to campus.. we'll probably get that house though if we can get the apps in by friday. i still don't like that "room-in-a-room" thing but at least the price is right. i was telling D, three parking spots, air conditioning in every room, laundry, good price.. you can't go wrong. anything REALLY close to campus is gonna be fuckin expensive.. i can handle the five minute drive.

yeah that room in a room thing was weird but all the bedrooms were atleast 1.5 or 2 times bigger than the ones in almost every other place we looked at. idk dude we'll have to see what happens.

yeah right? that's what i'm saying, i'd rather have a nicer, spacious, cheaper house five minutes away, than a shithole a block away. there was that one house that looked like you couldn't even fit a full-sized bed in the rooms.. i'm just hoping that hot tenant lady will accept our apps and we won't have to fuck around with it. i'll hit you up tomorrow.
