Just wanted to say Katie and I had a great time Friday night! Hearing some real trance from some locals is a nice change of pace from the non-stop onslaught of DnB/Breakbeat that we get up in North Carolina. There's never any trance that makes it up north, and in fact, I'm one of literally about 3 DJs in NC/SC that play the kind of trance even really remotely close to the stuff heard Friday night and what PvD/etc spins. We only got to meet DA and Mel, but that's mainly because we were just chilling most of the night. I'm taking Katie back down with me for WMC for sure (this is her first trip to Miami) so she can properly experience stuff like PvD @ Space, etc~

Anyways, as for the actual sets - I caught the end of John's and so I can't say too much about that, but I enjoyed Eric's set quite a bit, especially when he laid down some of those bangers we heard that night!

Good times, and I'll be looking forward to the next time I'll be coming down
