How do you know that???

Do you understand how many people there are that have such a love for the music but don't sit on the boards and talk about. They go out and feel the same way about a song or a dj that someone who does post on the boards would feel.

No, there are the 2% of commercial songs that are good. Statistics requires this, similar to the concept of "a blind chicken finds a grain once in a while". So my answer is: not all commercial electronica is bad.

It can be a bad thing when a particular type of music is judged before any proper "exploration". Without "exploration" people are ignorant to the whole scene. The ignorance is not a problem: the problem lies in the fact that these people do not recognize/acknowledge their own ignorance... they think they know everything there is to know.

That's my opinion anyways...

And I don't mind electronica growing...last few days my alarm clock went off with "This is not MIAMI"...and I fuckin' freaked...I mean how sweet is that...what a great tune to wake up to.

I wear a Tiesto shirt to Tiesto because I'm a really big Tiesto fan - and what's wrong with being a Tiesto fan? Or a PVD fan? Or an Armin fan?

What's wrong with the DJs making lots of $$? Many of them earned it...hell they shoveled shit for it so let them have some fun.

Dude. Chillout. I love how its spreading too. I heard tracking treasure down on z103. i mean, its an ok track, but its nice to hear that they are picking some decent shit. It just pisses me off when they play the shittiest of shit electronic tunes on the radio when they have SOOOO many choices of good new tunes that the listeners would enjoy right away. TTD is a good one and i bet we could name a million more.

But what you may think is shit is awesome to someone else. I personally like waking up in the morning to World Hold On, or Crazy, or Love Generation on z103. Others would probably hate it. Its all personal preference.

There is no problem in being a fan of Tiesto but to wear a tiesto shirt to a tiesto event is wrong....don't be that guy...its like wearing the shirt of the rock band you are going to see....its just sooooo wrong ......now to wear a tiesto shirt to an Armin event....that would be fine.

OK this might piss you off but i'm going to throw it out there anyways (and i'm not speaking about myself here, its just a theory i beleive and explains why some music is more enjoyable than other music):

Some people are better at interpreting music than others. There is such a thing as better music. Some music better matches the average human biogical structure than other music, getting a more tuned response from the body. Obviously, no 2 people are the same.

(This thread has taken a turn to the theory of music now)

And guys, don't feel as though i'm trying to preach here. I just noticed how meaningful music discussions are sort of on a decline in the forum.
