Being a winamp/WMP user myself I don't know a lot about iTunes, but are you telling me all this time the Apple tools were listening to sets on their iTunes and iPods with a 2-sec gap between the songs?

And this is a revolutionary update they call it?

I'm surprised Apple didn't try to patent gap-less playback. God knows none of the other media players out there have that.

Same here.

The skipping got to me so fucking much that I untinstalled 7 and tried to reinstall 6, but because my library was created with a newer version of iTunes than the one I was trying to install (i.e. 7 changed the library with all the gapless shit), it wasn't having any of it.

Fuck.

Although the new gapless feature is neat (no need to keep cue files anymore), iTunes7 sucks because of its sluggishness.
