I did not say that an apology makes it all good again. But clearly it is worse if someone tries to fool people like this and then they do not admit to it or apologize. An apology kind of means they admit they have done wrong and won't do it again. But if they just walk away and don't say anything then you have to wonder what other stunts they might |
I'm not sure what the sequence of events were but it seems like they were banned without a chance (if they were going to apologize) to do such an act. Weather or not they could sign up a new account, apologize and have Swamper be ok with it, would be another question altogether.

About the competition, I wonder if the judges knew that Play It Tonight was operating for a long time, 3 or 4 years under previous management, as pretty much the same old business. It's like awarding an innovation prize to someone because they bought a furniture store and upgraded the sign and put a few more items in the store, but it's really just the same store as before.. |
Considering how big of a competition this is and that the website clearly lists the fact that site was created in 2003, you would think the committee selecting the winners would maybe look at their website and eventually come across the sites background? If not, then this would seem to me like an inadequetly executed competition, wouldn't you agree?
How an individual could win this competition without their submitted business not being new makes me think that maybe they waived this since Sean just joined the business.
