Yeah dude. Funny thing...there's a Chinese girl in my program who dropped out of UofT BIOCHEM (omg tech shit) after her third year for that very reason. She came to Canada expecting a cultural/social experience, but was disappointed when she realized that she's nothing more than a number there. She hated how nobody interacted with each other, and feared that she wasn't getting enough experience in other areas.
Also, I have a friend in her last year of the pharmacist program, and she's only NOW starting to do clinical placements!
Yeah...REAL good education you get at UofT.

Ugh, brutal man. My father had the same mentality. So do a lot of my friends...I can't stand how they think they're so much better than everyone just because of their credentials. Ignorant morons. The irony is that most of them are piece of shit excuses for human beings, lol.
