the best tool is one that takes your blood preasure into consideration and a pulse reading..

the problem with those scales is that they find the shortest distance between 2 points and basically only measure the boyd fat of your lower body.. so you can have skinny legs and a huge gut yet have a low bodyfat percentage. Caliper readings work well too. Im not to sure how the calculations on that work though
