I'm 31 and cant keep my eyes open past 3am anymore cuz i get so damned bored. I prefer to stay at home with people and turn the tunes on with some drinks. The whole scene SUCKS...ya ya ya i know u young cats think you know the city...but NYC isn't worth it anymore. Very rare will i go out now....just not impressed anymore with the DJs, the venues or the crowds.

Seriously...what else beats chilling at home with a bunch of people (assuming you live alone), throwing on tunes you KNOW you will like, surrounded by people you KNOW you like and just bugging out, talking and stuff with drinks.

I had my fun back in the day..but over the past few years the whole going out thing has not appealed to me in the least...not since about 2002.

Yeah, I might be old but I'm still relatively new to the scene so I'm going out like I'm 22. So, yep, I'm out often. Look forward to a toast -- > Infected Mushroom or PVD in November!

I'm 5 years away but last time i checked being 30 isn't old. There are a number of DJs who are damn near 30 or older.

True but honestly DJs like Carl Cox have made more than enough money, he probably does it cause he likes it. Oakenfold is another story...
