Ok, so yes I dance to music then either add that song or another one to the video afterwards b/c usually the sound quality is just ass blaring from my crappy computer speakers.

Yes, I was and still am a part of the reflective.net community, it's just been ahwile since I have been on there since they changed it up, but starting back up again.

As far as gliding I am working at it, I would like to leanr some foot moves all I have to leanr from is online vid's.
