its a pretty simple conversion and its still N/A. (i prefer N/A over turbo for the 1/4 mile unless u are running an antilag system which is damn expensive!)
The cam profile does not need to be altered, but for more power a wilder cam (or cams on a DOHC engine like mine) is the way to go.
They do have to be set up on a dyno (rolling road) and a ecu remap, so that it will idle properly and bring in the power at the correct rev range, but any serious power gains for an engine will require a remap.
I am not sure how you can bore out a throttle body thou, as the butterflys are already in there and no matter how wide u open up a throttle body, those butterflys are not going to be changed in size so will only let thru the same amount of fuel as before.
Now getting the head ported and reseated (gasflowed) is a benefit as it will allow the fuel air mixture better flow to the combustion chamber.
Running throttle bodies is also perfectly legal 
How are you going to set up the cold air feed ? only way i can see it making a difference for your car is if its forced induction, as you know, the colder the air going into your engine, the better performance you get out of it, just running standard induction in the summer months will actually slow the car down as you are just feeding it hot air from the atmoshpere
