Optimal is a light brushing of teeth in the morning (not abrasive, but just to get some fluorine on your teeth), preferably after breakfast so you can actually enjoy the taste of breakfast. Then floss at night and a regular brush.

Yeah I suppose that is a lil' too much flossing! Well sometimes you should floss more then once - depending on what you eat that day. I floss only once, b4 going to bed anyways. I have been asked by the dentist to floss more, just because . . . .. (long story). As I say,
