Of course another problem with burning 10 tracks per CD and burning 2 copies is... what if you want to play 3 tracks from that disc at once?

Loads of people talk about doing that to save space, but if you've got a 250-capacity CD wallet, do you really need to take 2500 tunes to every gig?? Burning one track per CD gives you 250 tunes (obviously) which is easily enough to most people to take to a gig. And if you haven't got a CD wallet that big, why not get one? Or even a 128 (or somewhere in between) - still easily enough for most gigs.

Of course it does just fall down to preference, but as someone who's worked with both systems at some point (I used to burn 10 tracks to every CD for several years before I switched), there isn't a single reason why I'd even consider going back to that method.

How big are your CD wallets? It sounds to me like you take just about all of your tunes with you everywhere you go...

Personally I'd find the thing slowing me down was having to sift through all the stuff I never play anymore in order to find the tracks I want to play.

This works for me like a charm, and I have no problems at all to find a song that I want to play.
I have about 1200 songs in one case, and I can find songs in a matter of seconds.
If I only burnt 1 track Per CD, I would need about 3 cases to look for my songs, I think that would take more time to find my songs.

I suggest you to give it a try, if it works then you would be taking advantage of Technology.
If it Doesn't work for you, then just do it the other way.

Sweet post, I think I'll do that and take the time to do that.
