Drop the chocolate bar and the sugar drink!
Don't touch them again, there is so much junk in them its not funny, not even for special occassions or for fun, youre feeling sad.
But...
NO! NEIN! NYET!
NEVER!
Not until you at least reach the state of activity slightly more vigorous than a hibernating bear. The amount of sugar in a can of coke or a chocolate bar is literally enough for an active person too get by on 3x over for a day. For someone not going anywhere, its instant fat.
After a few prolonged bouts of residence in the US, the amount of sugar in everything along with corn glucoses and other such things in just about all the food is horrific. I'm lucky in that I didnt put on much weight because I was very active, but after a month it did explain why theres a homicide rate the way it is because I was going crazy from sugar.
Most diets are junk, you know this deep down in your heart, the only reason they make them is so someone can make money off of you and its really not in their best interests for you too be getting slim while youre consuming their products they sell you.
It's just not economicaly viable!
But lets be realistic here poppet.
Its not going too fall off overnight, over a week or probably not even over a month so dont get disenchanted if you dont wake up Kate Moss next January.
What you want too manage is your intake. Its not so much what you eat but just how much of it you eat, eat twice a day and dont snack on anything. Yes you'll be hungry, sometimes it will hurt and sometimes you'll be a bit blue and sometimes you'll be a bitch, but thats just fun really...
Try too keep it light though, salads, lean meat, bread without a lot of sugar in it, fruit and low calorie cordials and fizzy stuff in a can if you really must drink them but try too stick too water- at least 2-3L a day and it'll do wonders for your skin.
Just what do you do all day anyway? Kids dont need 24hr attention but they do hamper your mobility, so if youre sitting around the house watching TV, get into the habit of pushups, situps and watch TV that way. Do it until it hurts.
If youre standing around doing dishes, washing or ironing get an exercise bike and pedal it until youre fit too burst.
Dont drive too the store if its only 10mins walk away, load up the kid in the pram and walk it. If its looking like rain, but not raining, walk it, its a bit cold, get a coat and a rug for the bub and walk it.
If its pissing down rain or a blizzard, probably not a good idea!
Anyhow, good luck with it. Stick too it and dont give up, pretend you'll win some money at the end of it and make a bet with your partner or something if you get the weight off if you need any other incentive.

Weight loss is easy. FAT LOSS is 10 times harder.
I've been fitness since 7 months ago. I know anything about gainning muscle and weight loss. Six Pack is my target (Fat below 10%)
In one month, I can lose my weight in about 6 kilos +. I have my personal trainner to control my physical body, so thats why I know the secret of weigth loss.
I also know how to gain muscle, as you can see in the magazine.
there are several way to make a weight loss.
Through:
1) Fitness Style
2) Aerobic
3) Doctor style
I have tried those three, but the best way to keep your body looks "HOT" is through FITNESS Style. The fastest and healtiest style.
What to eat?
Heres are the challenge, you really need to CONTROL what you eat.
DON'T EAT:
1) Fried Food (KFC, MC DONALD, French Fries, etc)
2) Saturated Fat
3) Sweet (Chocolate, Coke, candy, or anything sweet)
4) Too much Carbohydrates (Rice, Bread, Noodles, etc)
5) Too much salt
6) Cheese, Mayonaise, Butter, etc.
7) Snacks
WHAT TO EAT:
1) Protein (tenderloin beef, grilled chikens breast, fish)
2) Fruit
3) Vegetables (dont use oil, too much salt, sugar, etc)
4) Low Fat Milk, Whey shake Protein.
5) Unsaturated Fat (such as Almond nut) Note: This type of fat is a good fat, it helps you to keep your stomach feel full all the time. It can helps you to weight loss
6) Whole Wheat (Whole wheat bread, etc)
Remember, during diet time, each day we need about 1500 - 1700 calories. The key to weight loss is to limits ur calori intake. Eating Fruit for 10 kilos a day is NOT right. Instead, try to eat LESS but do it in more FREQUENTLY.
Of course u need to have a sport to burn ur calories, if u hate fitness, then do aerobic, if you hate aerobic, then do another sport that burn your calories.
If you want to burn calories accurate, such as jogging, running, etc. Do it BEFORE YOU EAT.
These method is tried and tested. must be succeed =)
