Tried everything i could...no luck. At least it was under warranty.

Of course this was like the only drive not on a raid 5 array....and how the heck do i backup 400GB of data! |
hmmmm im pretty sure a USB HD is not supposed to be on all the time, not only it heats up, it's pointless to have it plugged in when im not using it
im sure they've taken that into an account when making them
