Jenny and I were both minors at one point, both had run ins with the law, and both had to deal with " along the same lines" situations. So It's not that different at all. Ok yes by a few year, but pffffffft. She has a point with the respect situation though, you need to learn how to just ignore the fact that some cops are total pricks, and just go with the flow, ticket or no ticket. Ignorance will only dig you a deeper hole.

A smart person would have asked them to walk you home then. Their job is to serve and protect, right (which I bet you any money would have been their reasoning for keeping you there)? Then they shouldn't have had a problem doing that instead of keeping you in the drunk tank.
